On a stormy night, Mickey Mouse's (voiced by Wayne Allwine) house is filled with the incessant barking of Pluto (voiced by Bill Farmer). It turns out Mickey is playing a game of dwarfs versus witches, with Pluto jumping around to cheer him on. Suddenly, Minnie (voiced by Russi Taylor) pays a visit. She tries every possible way to remind her boyfriend that their dating anniversary is coming up, but Mickey is so engrossed in the game that he almost forgets about it. To comfort his angry girlfriend, he impulsively promises to take Minnie on a trip to Hawaii, only to realize that the trip would cost $999.99.
