This time, Mickey Mouse (voiced by Walt Disney) serves as the host of an amateur talent show on a radio station. Following the previous unsuccessful challenger, Donald Duck (voiced by Clarence Nash) strides onto the stage with confidence. He sings "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star," but forgets the lyrics midway and is eventually ushered offstage by a firm Mickey. Next up are Clara the Hen and Belle the Cow, who perform a piano-accompanied song, managing to complete their act without major mishaps. Then comes the so-called all-rounder Goofy (voiced by Pinto Colvig), who brings dozens of instruments to deliver a spectacular one-man band performance for the audience. Yet even at the climax, unexpected troubles arise.
