Jidou and his friends Jazz, Doctor, and Zhu Zhu are mysteriously drawn into the deep-sea ancient kingdom of Atlantis by a magical force, where they learn that Jidou is the chosen savior of Earth! From then on, Jidou and his friends travel to various countries to compete in sports competitions, aiming to win the Golden Herb needed to heal the planet. Facing formidable opponents from around the world, Jidou and his friends are fortunate to be joined by a new member from Beijing, China—Xiao Bi. Gentle, kind-hearted, and warm like a traditional Chinese girl, she is also Jazz’s uncle’s apprentice, skilled in Chinese sports and kung fu, especially Qinggong (lightness skill). Along the journey, Xiao Bi not only helps Jidou and the others escape danger multiple times with her excellent skills but also introduces them to various aspects of Chinese culture, customs, and the philosophy of harmony with nature, adding endless joy to their adventure. Starting with a basketball match in Beijing, Jidou, Xiao Bi, and the others participate in more thrilling and novel competitions across different countries. Besides engaging in unique Chinese sports such as the Irish Dragon Boat Race, Jilin Javelin Competition, and Kazakhstan Kung Fu Challenge, they also savor many delicious Chinese delicacies along the way, like Peking duck, Chinese zongzi, and candied hawthorns, all of which delight Jidou and his friends! Their enthusiasm, combined with Xiao Bi’s traditional Chinese etiquette and spirit, helps them make many good friends during the competitions, such as Zozo from Finland, the alpaca from Chile, the little Russian healer Las, and the Scottish detectives Little Fu and Little Hua. While encountering numerous friends and wonderful experiences, Jidou also faces unpredictable dangers lurking in the shadows. The magical Golden Herb has always been a coveted target. First, there is Jun Ma, a descendant of Ethiopian nobility, followed by a mysterious figure of unknown identity—both stop at nothing to seize the Golden Herb for their own purposes. To protect it, Jidou and his friends engage in intense confrontations with them, yet they struggle to find a way to counter such formidable opponents. In addition to facing sudden powerful enemies, the Jidou team must also deal with internal conflicts! Zhu Zhu and the Doctor accidentally consume apples during a competition and subsequently fall ill with strange conditions. Since then, Zhu Zhu shrinks unpredictably whenever he eats, while the Doctor becomes eccentric and arrogant, often arguing with Jazz over trivial matters and even challenging Jidou, the team captain, in an attempt to take over his position! Moreover, the sports competitions Jidou and the others participate in become increasingly difficult, testing not only their physical strength and willpower but also their friendships. Severe internal strife breaks out within the Jidou team, leaving them disorganized and vulnerable. Faced with the severe challenges from Jun Ma and the mysterious figure, Jidou’s confidence in saving Earth is deeply shaken! Confronted with such internal and external crises, Jidou ultimately relies on his boundless compassion and the mutual support and encouragement of his friends to overcome each difficulty one by one. In the end, he even forms an unlikely friendship with Jun Ma through their rivalry, and together they join forces to obtain the Golden Herb and save Earth!
