In the tranquil town of Miaomiao, a group of carefree residents live a peaceful and comfortable life. That is, until the arrival of a cat from the stars—Xiaotongmao. Xiaotongmao, along with Xiaotianmao and Meme, are originally from Meow Star. During their cosmic voyage, their UFO malfunctioned, forcing them to make an emergency landing on Blue Star.
