In a near-future unknown world, people are passionate about spinning top battles, and they peacefully resolve all issues in life through top competitions, living in harmony. Unlike traditional top battles, competitors not only test their skills but also inject spiritual power through "Spirit Rings" to summon invincible "Mecha Warriors" to fight against each other. This gives traditional tops a whole new definition—the "Sacred Ring Flytops." Haoguang flees for his life with three Sacred Ring Flytops and eventually finds Jianyi, the younger brother of Dr. Jian, handing over the "Sky Sword Flytop" to him. Jianyi is a highly athletic teenager, somewhat arrogant but righteous, passionate, and upright, never bowing to evil forces. On the other hand, the "Black Hole Organization," in search of the new Sacred Ring Flytops, sends its cadre Dajun to pursue Jianyi and the Flytops. Haoguang, severely injured, entrusts Jianyi with the mission to seek his master, Grandmaster Dazu, to learn higher skills. During his apprenticeship, Jianyi also meets the taciturn Tengfei and the proud Xuanwu, who possess the new Sacred Ring Flytops—Shadow Flash and Chain Blade—respectively. Together, they join forces to fight against the experts sent by the organization. Meanwhile, the "Black Hole Organization" accelerates its plan to conquer the world. Under the guise of the "Sacred Ring Flytops Hundred Cities Peak Tournament," they lure more "Initiators" to participate, coercing and enticing them to join the evil legion to help the organization continue its tyranny. Unexpectedly, the "Black Hole Organization" also studies Jianyi and his friends' combat data to form a "Dark Flytop" unit, led by the brainwashed Dr. Jian—Mieguang—who infiltrates the "Hundred Cities Peak Tournament," determined to seize the four new Flytops from Jianyi and his allies.
