Let me tell you a secret: hidden within the human world lies another world. Whenever people go to work or when the night grows still, the residents of this world begin their activities. They love excitement and are full of passion—this is the wonderful animal world.
The story takes place near the equator in a place called "Joyful Town." Recently, a very special circus has arrived here. Why is it special? Because apart from the bearded ringmaster, all the other members are animals. There are also three little ones: a cat, a parrot, and a piglet. They are—Tantan Cat, who dreams of becoming a great detective; Xiaofeihong the parrot, who believes she is the most beautiful in the world; and the lazy, food-loving, adorably silly little pig, Doudou Pig. However, they are not performers in the circus—they are just responsible for odd jobs. They solve the various troubles of the circus members, maintain the joy, and thwart the destructive schemes of Dr. Wulong. This time, the detective team is about to set out again, determined to solve this "monster" case. And so, the little detective team encounters their greatest opponents yet—Dr. Wulong and his henchmen, the Tiaotiao Rats! Things are getting more and more complicated. Can the little detective team protect the circus? Can they safeguard the "happiness" in the eyes of the children?
