This seems to be the story we are familiar with—the race between the tortoise and the hare is on once again. This time, the hare does not slack off; he gives it his all, dashes forward with full effort, and uses every possible method to deal with the slow-moving tortoise. He finally crosses the finish line first, only to find that the tortoise had already arrived before him. Victory once again belongs to the tortoise. Every time he watches the race footage, Bugs Bunny (voiced by Mel Blanc) becomes furious. He cannot understand why, despite running so fast, he still lost to the tortoise. In order to uncover the secret behind the tortoise's victory, he disguises himself as an old man and knocks on the tortoise's door late at night. The tortoise holds nothing back, revealing all the secrets of his victory, while effortlessly seeing through Bugs Bunny's disguise. Although Bugs Bunny is infuriated by the humiliation, he believes he has finally learned the secret to winning. He returns home to craft his secret weapon. Not long after, news of another tortoise and hare race appears in the newspaper. This time, who will emerge victorious?
