In a beautiful small town lives a construction engineer named Bob (voiced by Neil Morrissey), who is passionate, upright, kind, and amiable. His outstanding building skills are highly praised by the townspeople. Bob and Wendy run a construction kingdom together, with many capable assistants: the red bulldozer Mark, the yellow bulldozer/excavator Scoop, the crane Lofty, the roller Rolly, and the mixer Dizzy. Under Bob's leadership, these friends work together to build this wonderful city, and along the way, all sorts of interesting things happen. Their motto is: "Can we fix it?" "Yes, we can!" (Character name translations follow the Taiwanese version.) This series is a British BBC television animated series that premiered in 1999 and has been broadcast in over 140 countries worldwide.
