The story takes place in the realistic yet absurd town of Huhai. The protagonist, Fou Fou, is an ordinary young man in Huhai Town—unremarkable yet possessing a dual identity. Whenever someone crosses his moral boundaries in their actions, he transforms into Beast Superman, specializing in punishing those who are worse than beasts. Through unique cinematography and artistic expression, the series humorously and satirically critiques and attacks the dark sides of society. From an objective perspective, it condemns the ugly phenomena in life and promotes justice. This season mainly revolves around Huhai Town being shrouded in smog, which causes rare gems—haze stones—to appear inside animals. Mayor Li's massive investment in the "Upper Air, Lower Adjustment" project, aimed at eliminating the smog, becomes ambiguous as a result.
