The cunning and scheming Urfin discovers a magical powder that can bring life to anything. Using this powder, Urfin creates an army of wooden soldiers loyal only to him and, with this vast force, seizes control of the Emerald City. However, a girl named Dorothy arrives in the Emerald City at this very time. She must help her friends—the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman, and the Cowardly Lion—defeat the evil Urfin and restore their homeland.
