霾海

The surface is covered by a haze sea. In order to seek living space at higher altitudes, humanity has used hot-air balloon technology to lift a city into the sky. However, humans still have not abandoned their polluting habits, causing the haze sea to continuously rise. For every foot the haze rises, the city ascends ten feet. At the end of this cycle, what fate awaits humanity remains unknown.
