On Planet Tianshen, there exists a Starry Sky Rescue Team. Utilizing advanced science and technology, they travel across various planets to carry out disaster relief operations. Captain Star Cat notices that fire incidents on Tianshen have recently become abnormally frequent. The new recruit, Curly, begins an investigation and spots the figure of a strange individual, only to find himself surrounded by these mysterious figures. At the critical moment, Captain Star Cat saves Curly. They discover that the leader of the strange individuals is the Chili Sauce Prince from Planet Jipeng. It turns out that due to overdevelopment, Planet Jipeng’s environment has been severely damaged. In an attempt to monopolize Tianshen, the Chili Sauce Prince ordered his subordinates to create disasters such as fires on the planet. To protect their homeland, the members of the Starry Sky Rescue Team engage in a struggle against the people of Jipeng. Using their wits, Star Cat and the others infiltrate the interior of the Jipeng battleship, severely damaging it and eliminating the crisis on Tianshen.
