The protagonist of the story, Kyosuke Kasuga, belongs to the Kasuga family, which possesses supernatural abilities (the source of these abilities comes from the mother's lineage, while the father is an ordinary person). Whenever the family secret is discovered, they are forced to move. This time, because his younger sister Kurumi Kasuga used her supernatural abilities during a sports day event, completing a 100-meter dash in just 3 seconds, they are compelled to move for the seventh time. After transferring to a new school, Kyosuke encounters a girl named Madoka Ayukawa on a long staircase, only to later discover that she is his classmate. Meanwhile, Hikaru Hiyama, a junior at the same school who has known Madoka since childhood, develops feelings for Kyosuke due to a certain incident, thus beginning a love triangle.
