It is a special bonus-style animated short included with the DVD, appearing at the end of each episode of the TV anime version of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex released on DVD. In terms of style, it is a lighthearted and comedic work, with the protagonists being the Tachikoma think tanks used by Public Security Section 9. In addition to offering philosophical reflections on certain plot points, it also serves to complement the TV anime. Each episode is approximately 1 minute long.
