Released on March 12, 1994. Double-featured with "Doraemon: Nobita's Fantastic Three Musketeers." In 1993, a plan to remake this work into a TV anime was proposed, and this film version was produced to also serve as its pilot. The character designs and personality portrayals were arranged in a modern style to appeal to contemporary children and enhance relatability. However, as mentioned earlier, due to the high viewership ratings of "Crayon Shin-chan," the (full-color) TV anime adaptation was shelved. Consequently, the remake plan for this work effectively ended with this film alone.
