A group of extraterrestrial visitors call themselves the "Joyful Alliance," among them a lightning-fast deer with the superpower of "telekinesis" and an incredibly strong thunder mouse. With their optimistic personalities, they quickly blend in with the locals. The thunder mouse is resourceful and clever, while the lightning deer is impulsive and reckless—their contrasting natures lead to constant bickering over everything. Despite this, they find common ground in their eagerness to help others. Though their assistance often backfires nine times out of ten, they persist tirelessly, all to bring joy to those around them.
