However, within Japan, a stable order has been maintained under the control of the massive conglomerate, the "Sumeragi" Group. ...Yet, the peace brought by Sumeragi is nothing more than a fragile illusion built upon the sacrifices of those with abilities. While presenting itself as a clean corporation, Sumeragi continues to forcibly detain ability users and conduct inhumane human experiments behind the scenes. An organization that was quick to uncover Sumeragi's dark side and rose in rebellion—its name is "Feather." A young Seventh ability user named "Gunvolt," who belongs to Feather, infiltrates a Sumeragi facility once again tonight, fighting for the freedom of all ability users.
