The clear sky suddenly drifted with a few dark clouds, and the little broadcaster frog in the forest began announcing the news of impending rain. Many small animals quickly took shelter in their own houses. As the rain poured down, a monkey searched everywhere for a place to take cover—it turned out only he had no house. Although he used a large lotus leaf as an umbrella, the monkey still got drenched. He swore that no matter what, he would build a house the next day.
The next day, with his house only half-built, the monkey gazed at the beautiful scenery and lamented that it would be a shame not to fully appreciate such a view—the house could wait until tomorrow. Another day arrived, and instead of building, he started drawing blueprints. On the paper, his house was big and beautiful. When the little squirrel asked when the house on paper would be built, the monkey boasted, "Tomorrow!" Immediately after, he began inviting friends to visit his new house the next day and even had the frog broadcast the news to more friends. When the day came again, and all his companions arrived to see the monkey’s new house, he was lying in a tree, lost in a sweet dream.
