In the first spring of the 1960s, at a neighborhood-run factory, workers were determined to smelt a special type of steel. Suddenly, a steel bar leaped from the ground and transformed into a black dragon, who mocked the small neighborhood factory for its delusions of pursuing advanced technology. The workers seized him with iron tongs, and the black dragon struggled fiercely. After an intense battle, the dragon was subdued. Immediately afterward, the workers combined indigenous and modern methods, launching a vigorous technological revolution.
