The sister wants to help her younger brother overcome his careless habits by telling him a story about "Careless Xiaopang."
Xiaopang works at a motorcycle manufacturing plant, driving a delivery truck. However, he is anything but focused on his tasks. While driving, he plays with a little bird perched on the front of the truck, completely unaware that the motorcycle tires he is transporting have rolled onto the road. Due to his carelessness, he frequently loses things on the streets.
An elderly milkman often finds the items Xiaopang has lost—a wheel today, a handlebar tomorrow, and a motorcycle frame the day after. The old man puts up many notices for lost and found, but no one ever comes to claim them. Eventually, he assembles the collected parts into a complete motorcycle, attaches a small lost-and-found sign to it, and waits on the street for the owner. By chance, Xiaopang drives by, and the old man recognizes him. He quickly hops on the motorcycle and chases after Xiaopang all the way to the factory. After the old man explains everything, Xiaopang realizes just how much he has lost and feels deeply remorseful. From then on, Xiaopang becomes focused on his work and is no longer careless.
