"Crazy Bean" tells the story of a bean striving to "cultivate immortality and become a celestial being." In the "Bean Realm," where the line between madness and divinity is razor-thin, a bean destined for enlightenment is instead labeled insane by worldly beans and confined to a mental bean hospital for treatment, thus becoming a full-fledged crazy bean. Inside this asylum where all beans have lost their minds, the "old mischief-maker" crazy bean remains steadfast in his pursuit of cultivation, never forgetting his original aspiration. However, in the eyes of the hospital director and nurses, crazy bean is merely the epitome of insanity. Amid the struggle between the hospital's "treatment" and crazy bean's "abandonment of treatment," the short film unfolds a series of hilarious and utterly absurd stories.
