In the thick fog-shrouded Chernobyl, several unique children live in an old, dilapidated room. The disaster from years ago shaped the tragedy of their lives today. To others, they are deformed monsters, but the children seem largely indifferent to the gazes around them, living in their own world of fantasies. Nine-Eyes, Bigfoot, and Two-Heads are thrilled because Mother's Day is approaching—they are carefully preparing their gifts, intending to present them to the mother who created them. Only Little Bucktooth coldly dampens their spirits, claiming that the so-called mother does not exist at all. But Nine-Eyes and the others pay no heed. They step out of their room and head toward where their mother resides—the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant...
