The third installment in the series, screened as part of the "Toei Anime Fair," is a theatrical version of the TV anime depicting the exploits of an elementary school teacher who protects children from evil spirits. 　Accompanied by his students, Yukime, and Ritsuko-sensei, Nu~be~ arrives at a southern island. The beautiful scenery makes it seem entirely removed from the evil spirit troubles that have plagued them thus far, but the island is said to hold a legend of a sea spider that, upon reaching 200 years of age, begins to devour humans. While the children pay no mind to such tales, what appears before them is not a youkai, but a mysterious and beautiful girl named Nagisa, who carries an unusual aura. Leading the children to the spider-shaped island floating offshore, what is her true identity? 　This chapter was screened after the TV series concluded, after which the series continued as an OVA series.
