"The OceanMaker" tells the story of a world where, after the oceans have vanished, Earth has turned into a vast desert, and humanity faces a severe shortage of water resources. In order to resist those who have privatized the last remaining water sources, a brave pilot devises a plan to create artificial rainfall. It must be noted that this final water resource is—the lone patch of white cloud in the sky!
