Produced by the China Academy of Art and led by independent animation artist Weng Jie, "Fengxue Shan Shen Miao" (Snowy Mountain Temple) is China's first wuxia stop-motion animation and the second installment in Weng Jie's "Fengxue Series" (the first being "Tower in the Wind"). The story is adapted from the classic "Water Margin" episode "Lin Chong Seeks Refuge in the Mountain Temple on a Snowy Night," showcasing the heroic spirit of Lin Chong while focusing on the study of martial arts movements in stop-motion animation. The creative team includes Weng Jie, Sun Wei, Liu Chengjinshi, Ma Tai, and Wu Yunqian. This film aims to pay tribute to the timeless classics of masterful storytelling.
