This time, Wallace (voiced by Peter Sallis) and his loyal dog Gromit have switched careers to run a bakery. Thanks to their ingenious and efficient designs, their fully automated bakery attracts many customers. However, during this period, a mysterious serial killer has murdered twelve bakers. One day, while delivering bread, Wallace unexpectedly meets and rescues the once-famous bread poster girl, Piella (voiced by Sally Lindsay). The two get to know each other and fall in love. Throughout this, Gromit feels increasingly neglected. By chance, Gromit discovers that Piella’s true identity is that of the terrifying serial killer! His owner Wallace has clearly become the next target... This film won the 2009 British Academy Film Award for Best Animated Short Film and the 2009 Annie Award for Best Animated Short Subject.
