This is a story that unfolds within a high-rise apartment building in a bustling metropolis. The camera continuously pushes forward, focusing on four rooms within. In the top left resides a bald artist, while to his right lives an elderly couple. Below the artist is a rude, burly, low-level worker who only knows how to watch airplane TV. The artist tries to nail a new painting to the wall, while the worker turns up the TV volume, then wildly pokes the ceiling with a broom, causing the painstakingly hung painting to fall. On the other side, the old lady in the room next to the worker is doing laundry; the washing machine frequently malfunctions, causing earthquake-like vibrations. Additionally, the old man's TV program seems to conflict with the worker's. Four seemingly unrelated rooms, neighbors affecting each other...
This film won the Best Animated Short Film award at the 2004 Cannes Film Festival.
