堕落的艺术

This film is a CG animated short that won first place in the Siggraph World CG Short Film Competition in 2005 and the British BAFTA (the British "Oscars") Best Short Film Award in 2006. 　　 On a forgotten military base in the Pacific, after the bearded officer Atol awards a medal of honor to a soldier, he pushes the soldier off a high cliff. The moment the soldier hits the ground, the skinny doctor Friedrich, who has been waiting with a Polaroid camera, promptly presses the shutter. Once the photo is developed, a soldier rushes it to the very large General A, who uses it as material for his "artistic creations." If A is dissatisfied with the "creation," the process repeats... The poor soldier becomes nothing more than a sacrificial offering.
