The town's roads are under construction, with workers busily toiling away. From one end of the street, the diligent and capable Mickey Mouse (voiced by Walt Disney) proudly drives his steam roller over. On the other side, Minnie (voiced by Marcellite Garner) pushes a stroller with twins while singing a lovely song. She spots Mickey and happily waves to him. The twins are thrilled by the imposing steam roller and eagerly beg Uncle Mickey to take them for a ride. 　　After a round, Mickey stops the vehicle and becomes engrossed in flirting with Minnie, failing to notice the two little ones sneaking out of the stroller and climbing onto the steam roller via a rope. The steam roller charges forward like an out-of-control beast, while the little ones laugh heartily, terrifying Mickey and Minnie nearby...
