Amidst the bustling and lively construction site, a building rises from the ground. Mickey (voiced by Walt Disney) is the excavator driver on the site, humming cheerful tunes as he skillfully operates the massive machine with ease. On the building, workers move to the rhythm of their tasks, with no trace of hardship or fatigue in sight. Just then, Pluto (voiced by Pinto Colvig) pulls a lunch cart onto the site, carrying the beautiful Minnie (voiced by Marcellite Garner). She skips her way up the building and greets Mickey. Clearly smitten by the young lady, Mickey works even harder to operate the excavator, trying his best to impress her, but repeatedly annoys the foreman, Pete. 　　 When lunchtime arrives, the workers take a break. However, Mickey and Pete find themselves in a battle over Minnie...
