In the bustling and hectic metropolis, the streets and alleys are filled with a constant flow of traffic, crowded to the brim. A white taxi runs down the middle of the road, with its driver, Mickey (voiced by Walt Disney), swaying left and right as he tries to attract customers. A plump passenger waves from the roadside, and Mickey abruptly swerves to the curb in an extremely dangerous manner, causing all the cars behind him to come to a halt. After the hefty passenger finally squeezes into the taxi, an angry police officer rushes over, scolding Mickey fiercely. Our nervous driver barely manages to placate the officer and quickly drives away, only to find a tiny car zipping past all the vehicles ahead. Mickey engages in a perilous race with it. On the muddy road, countless obstacles and dangers lie ahead. Finally arriving at the destination, Mickey then has to pick up Minnie (voiced by Marcellite Garner) and rush her to her music lesson...
