This is the story of a group of adorable vegetables, beginning with an unexpected accident. On a moonlit night, a group of "vegetables" traveling in a caravan were joyfully singing as they made their way down the road. However, they accidentally got into a dispute with a small gang mainly composed of "clothing," which sparked a fight. During the battle with this crew of clotheslines, boxing shorts, and porcupines, the vegetables' caravan crashed, forcing them to seek help at a rundown, desolate seafood market.
There, they encountered a group of pirates who claimed to be "too lazy to do anything." While waiting for a tow truck, they sat and chatted with these pirates. The pirates told a story about the protagonist, Asparagus Jonah:
The story took place long ago in another land. The protagonist, Asparagus Jonah, was a messenger. But he was no ordinary courier—he was a messenger of God. Jonah loved his job. One day, he received a task to deliver a message to the people of Nineveh in ancient Assyria. Jonah disliked the Ninevites because they not only enjoyed lying and stealing but also liked hitting people with fish. So, instead of hurrying to complete his mission, Jonah boarded a ship heading in the opposite direction. The ship's owners were none other than these "too lazy to do anything" pirates. On board, he also met a carpet "merchant," the caterpillar Khalil.
Unfortunately, Jonah was swallowed by a giant whale. Inside the whale's belly, he experienced a thrilling, exciting, and yet amusing adventure.
