"Erhu" tells the story of the blind Ah Bing helping a homeless child find their way home. The film is presented partly through live-action footage and partly through animation, delivering a delicate and touching narrative that showcases a distinctive Chinese "folk style." The visual impact of its black-and-white ink-wash painting aesthetic offers a refreshing experience. This film won first place in the digital video category at the 2012 International Digital Art Biennale.
