Gianno happened to meet Moteo Motehiko on the street and discovered they shared a passion for drawing manga, becoming good friends. They agreed to collaborate on a doujinshi, but Tamae struggled to come up with inspiration for her manga and was distressed. Seeing his sister’s troubles, Gian asked Doraemon and Nobita to help find reference materials on related topics.
Later, they learned about Gianno’s feelings for Moteo Motehiko and helped arrange a meeting for them. However, faced with the sudden encounter, Gianno became too shy and ended up messing things up. She was very angry with her brother and accidentally let her manga manuscript get blown away by the wind. Gian was deeply saddened and, together with Nobita and the others, helped search for the pages. In the end, Gian alone searched for the remaining pages on a snowy night and finally found them all. Gianno eventually forgave Gian, and everyone brought Motehiko back to restore their friendship.
At the end of the ending song, there is a scene where Gianno pins a photo of the reference materials Gian helped her find on the wall, with the words: "To My Beloved Brother." The year was 2015, and Gianno wore a ring on her left hand, indicating she was married. Although it wasn’t explicitly stated who the groom was, it was likely Motehiko.
