Once again, the beautiful Christmas season has arrived. Barbie (voiced by Kelly Sheridan) is about to attend the Christmas charity ball with her sister Kelly (voiced by Amelia Henderson), but Kelly is in a bad mood. So, Barbie uses a snow globe to tell her sister a story that took place during the Victorian era. At that time, there was a beautiful and proud opera diva named Eden Starling (voiced by Morwenna Banks), who was extremely arrogant and despised Christmas as well as singing carols during the holiday season. The theater staff and actors got along quite well, but everyone was wary of the sharp-tongued and haughty Eden. They had originally planned to celebrate Christmas Eve, but Eden demanded that everyone stay behind for rehearsal. No one could persuade her to change her mind, and this lofty queen brought unhappiness to everyone with her arrogance. 　　Then, an unexpected incident happens to Eden, causing a slight change in her icy soul...
