To dominate the enchanted kingdom, the wicked witch Lu Vanna (voiced by Kathleen Barr) kidnaps the kind-hearted mermaid prince. The only one who can rescue him from peril is Elina (voiced by Kelly Sheridan). To save the prince and the enchanted kingdom, Elina seeks out a mermaid named Nori (voiced by Chiara Zanni), hoping she will lend her aid. However, Nori is famously cautious and suspicious—can Elina persuade her? 　　Difficulties and dangers lie ahead. Soon, Elina discovers that to defeat Lu Vanna, she must give up everything she possesses, including her wings, which are immensely important to her. Faced with slim odds, will Elina remain as resolute as before? Once again, surrounded by friends and comrades, with kindness and courage in her heart, Princess Barbie sets off on her journey.
