Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension
On the cleverly coincidental occasion of the fifth anniversary of Perry entering the Phineas and Ferb household, Phineas built a giant platypus badminton machine, and the two boys were sitting inside it. By a twist of fate, they crashed into Perry, who was secretly driving his rocket car on a mission behind their backs, and were accidentally launched into Dr. Doofenshmirtz's home. There, Phineas and Ferb met Doofenshmirtz and helped him repair his "Other-Dimension-inator," which they had damaged in the crash. Just then, Perry barged into Doofenshmirtz's house and, to avoid being discovered by his owners, had to revert to his harmless platypus form. After Phineas fixed the machine, the group entered another dimension. That dimension was a Tri-State Area ruled by a tyrannical, one-eyed, robe-clad Doofenshmirtz, where Major Monogram served as his assistant.
One-eyed Doofenshmirtz had transformed the platypus Perry of his dimension into his evil subordinate. In the heat of the moment, Perry revealed his secret agent identity, which Phineas struggled to accept. He considered Perry family, and family shouldn't keep secrets. One-eyed Doofenshmirtz ordered the robotic platypus to attack Perry. After a fierce struggle, Perry temporarily shook him off but attempted to take on one-eyed Doofenshmirtz alone, only to be captured. Phineas wanted to return to their own dimension, but the Other-Dimension-inator's remote control malfunctioned. So, they went to find their counterparts in that dimension, only to discover that their other selves were completely different—lacking imagination and unaware of what summer vacation was.
They then sought out that dimension's Isabella and found she was an officer in the Doof Resistance, while Phineas's friends in that dimension were all members of the resistance, with Candace as its leader. Meanwhile, after hearing Doofenshmirtz describe the other Tri-State Area, one-eyed Doofenshmirtz wanted to use the Other-Dimension-inator to launch a large-scale invasion of Phineas's original dimension. However, Doofenshmirtz forgot how to activate it. One-eyed Doofenshmirtz then used the captured Perry as a hostage to lure Phineas and the others. Doofenshmirtz finally remembered how to modify the device and opened a portal, but one-eyed Doofenshmirtz, deeming Doofenshmirtz too cowardly, sent him along with Phineas and the others to be fed to a monster. At that moment, that dimension's Candace rescued them, and they used the portal to make a great escape.
Upon returning to their own dimension, they found that one-eyed Doofenshmirtz's robot army had invaded their home. They discovered a hidden passageway in their house and found the secret weapons Perry had left behind—all the inventions Phineas and Ferb had made during summer vacation. People from both dimensions joined forces using Phineas's inventions to repel one-eyed Doofenshmirtz's robot army. Phineas destroyed the main control console, shutting down all the robots, while Perry defeated the robotic Perry and erased its evil programming. Doofenshmirtz used one-eyed Doofenshmirtz's beloved toy train engine to lure him back to his own dimension, where he was captured by the resistance and Monogram.
Because Perry had exposed his identity, he had to be relocated. Carl suggested using Doofenshmirtz's Memory-inator to erase their memories. Phineas was reluctant to delete such an amazing series of experiences, but Ferb reminded him that wonderful memories could be created anew, while Perry was one of a kind. So, they chose to erase their memories, and everything returned to normal. (Before the memory deletion, Isabella kissed Phineas.)
