"Winnie the Pooh: A Very Merry Pooh Year" is a brand-new work launched by Disney's Winnie the Pooh family at the end of 2002, released directly on videotape and DVD.
This film is a seasonal production to welcome Christmas and the New Year, with the story still revolving around the residents of the Hundred Acre Wood. Winnie the Pooh and his friends celebrate the holidays and welcome the New Year together. Rabbit is preparing to host a holiday party but is constantly interrupted by others. Unable to bear it any longer, Rabbit angrily declares that he will leave the Hundred Acre Wood. In an effort to keep their old friend, Pooh and the others decide to adjust their lifestyles: Piglet resolves to overcome his phobias; Tigger decides to stop bouncing around recklessly; and Pooh vows to "quit honey"... Will their efforts be enough to convince Rabbit to stay and welcome the New Year with them?
