This film unfolds along two parallel storylines, depicting the tragedies of women's love in ancient mythology and modern urban life. 　　1. In the 14th century, Prince Rama of Ayodhya is about to ascend the throne. Due to the slander of his stepmother, he is forced to retreat into the deep forests for fourteen years, accompanied only by his beautiful and virtuous wife, Sita.
