This film is produced by Disney Television Animation and consists of interconnected short stories starring the characters from "Beauty and the Beast." The stories take place during the time Belle spends with the Beast in the enchanted castle. Originally released in 1998 under the title "Belle's Magical World," it featured only three segments. In 2003, a special edition was released with the English title changed to "Beauty and the Beast: Belle's Magical World," which also included the short "Mrs. Potts' Party," originally featured elsewhere. The first segment, "The Perfect World," depicts Belle and the Beast having an argument, with a dictionary servant trying to help but only making things worse. The second segment, "Fifi's Folly," revolves around a misunderstanding between the candelabra Lumiere and his feather duster girlfriend, Fifi. The third segment, newly added, is "Mrs. Potts' Party," where everyone secretly plans a party for the hardworking Mrs. Potts. The fourth segment, "Broken Wing," tells the story of a small bird with an injured wing. The Beast enjoys listening to its song and even considers keeping it in a cage to keep it close. Although the film is divided into several short stories, the central theme focuses on the importance of empathy and mutual understanding in human relationships.
