The third feature-length anime film by director Akio Nishizawa, chairman of educational enterprise WAO Corporation, following "NITABOH: The Shamisen Master" and "Furusato-JAPAN." Based on the moving true story of singer-songwriter Ai Kawashima, which was also adapted into a documentary film, it portrays the protagonist's success story and the young people of goodwill who support it as a vibrant ensemble youth drama.
