This short film is a bonus feature accompanying Pixar's "A Bug's Life."
In the quiet morning park, an old man named Geri slowly unfolds his chessboard, placing the pieces one by one—and so the "game" begins.
One of the two old men is cunning and sly, the other simple and honest. On the chessboard, knights and bishops clash fiercely, creating quite a lively battle. Yet the honest old man soon finds himself cornered, left with only one piece, and in his distress, he even suffers a heart attack. The sly old man can’t help but worry. But little does he know, this is where the true contest begins—for even the cunning can slip up, and the honest can play tricks.
In old man Geri’s game, who will emerge as the real winner?
