As a Nano Repair Engineer (Basic Utility Repair Nano Engineer), the welder Burn-E (voiced by Angus MacLane) is responsible for fixing malfunctions and damages on the Axiom spaceship. This should be a relatively easy job, but with WALL-E's arrival, everything becomes unbearable. The cause is that a meteorite fragment, tampered with by WALL-E, destroys the Axiom's navigation light. Burn-E quickly heads out to repair it after receiving the main computer's command. During this process, WALL-E and EVE constantly distract Burn-E, making it impossible to complete what should have been a simple task... This short film is a companion piece to Pixar's animated feature "WALL-E," with Burn-E voiced by the film's lead designer, Angus MacLane. This short was released as part of "WALL-E" on DVD and Blu-ray.
