Futurama tells the story of the protagonist Philip J. Fry (a former pizza delivery boy in New York) from the late 20th century, who accidentally travels 1,000 years into the future and continues his slacker life. Originally canceled, the TV animation was revived this season, continuing the story from the fourth movie: Futurama: Into the Wild Green Yonder. The first 13 episodes of this season aired in 2010, with the remaining episodes scheduled to air in June 2011.
