Legend has it that "Ozma" in the deepest part of the universe is a perfect planet. Inspired by the deeds of China's first astronaut Yang Liwei, Blue Cat, who works as a handyman in an exploration team, aspires to become the world's greatest space explorer. He gathers his good friends—pilot Naughty, chef Badou, magician Feifei, and others—and begins preparing to form his own expedition team. One day, a spaceship strangely lands on Earth. Inside the spacecraft lies an unconscious alien girl and a seemingly gentle little pet. The anxious little pet, unable to wake its owner, flies out of the ship. Hungry, the little pet accidentally encounters Blue Cat, and the curious creature's mischievous antics leave Blue Cat and his friends in a state of chaos. Chasing after the little pet, Blue Cat and the others discover the alien spacecraft that has landed on Earth. With the help of the magical power of the lightwave stone in his possession, Blue Cat assists everyone in entering the spacecraft and awakens the unconscious alien girl. The spaceship takes off, and Blue Cat and his friends become true astronauts, embarking on the long journey toward Ozma...
