From August 26 to November of 2004, it aired on AT-X. A total of 13 episodes. It was broadcast on AT-X around the same time as "Elfen Lied," another series serialized in the same magazine, Weekly Young Jump, and the two were often compared as works featuring a high degree of brutal content. Due to an increase in cruel depictions compared to the first season, an age restriction was applied for viewers.
