A sequel to the remake of the SF anime classic "Space Battleship Yamato," titled "Space Battleship Yamato 2199." The series composition is handled by Harutoshi Fukui of "Mobile Suit Gundam UC," and the director is Nobuyoshi Habara, who served as animation director for "Space Battleship Yamato: Rebirth Chapter Director's Cut." This work is the fourth chapter of the seven-part theatrical release, comprising episodes 11 to 14. Having overcome numerous hardships, including suspicions of a spy emerging aboard the ship and an encounter with the White Comet, the mother entity of the Gatlantis, the Yamato finally reaches Telezart. However, they are met there by the defense fleet led by Gowland and the land combat division of the Survival.
