The seventh installment of the advance theatrical screenings of "Space Battleship Yamato 2199"—a reimagining of the monumental SF anime "Space Battleship Yamato" with a new staff and cast—released in theaters ahead of its terrestrial broadcast and DVD/Blu-ray sales. After warping into the Salazar star system, home to both Iscandar and Gamilas, the Yamato is attacked by a high-energy entity. To escape this peril, Captain Okita orders a descent toward the planet Gamilas. Having survived a desperate battle with Gamilas, the Yamato finally reaches Iscandar, only for Queen Starsha of Iscandar to deliver an unexpected message to the Yamato crew. This screening includes four episodes in total: Episode 23 "The One-Man War," Episode 24 "The Distant Promised Land," Episode 25 "The Endless Battle," and the final episode, Episode 26 "Memory of the Blue Planet."
