This is the fourth chapter (Episodes 11-14) of the seven-part series, screened in theaters ahead of the TV broadcast of all 26 episodes. Susumu Kodai and Yuki Mori remain at odds over the truth behind the first contact between Garmillas and humanity. Eventually, veteran engineer Yamazaki and Captain Okita reveal the truth, but... Meanwhile, on the Garmillas homeworld, Leader Desslar orders Domel to destroy the Yamato. A dimensional submarine, now under Domel's command and piloted by Flakken, launches an attack on the Yamato.
