Riki-Oh, who bears a hexagram-shaped birthmark on the back of his right hand, bids farewell to his kung fu master, Teacher Zhang, and heads to an uncharted region known as the Cape. His journey is driven by the desire to unravel the mystery of his own birth and to reunite with his twin brother, Nachi. There, Riki-Oh encounters members of an organization called "Longinus," which aims to save humanity. However, they are attacked by a mysterious soldier named Washizaki and are forcibly taken to a concentration camp. Upon learning that Nachi is being exploited as the "Child of Destruction" by an organization plotting humanity's extinction, Riki-Oh rises to fight, determined to thwart the ambitions of both the organization and Washizaki. This is the second installment of the violent action series depicting intense battles between men.
